I just bought her 101 cookbook yesterday and can't wait to look at it.
I am a complete novice at baking and the only recipes that have worked well for me have been on her site. The details really help for someone like me who didn't grow up baking -- like she tells you things like how the mixer should be on "medium" and that creaming the butter and sugar will probably take "x amount of minutes." With those kinds of details, I get it right (and learn what I was doing wrong before).
