The law doesn't require any such notice and there was no "spying." They subpoenaed the records of when and who they called during a specified period around Jan. 5, 2021 because there was evidence they were communicating about the January 6 insurrection conspiracy. This is authorized by law. They did not get any content of the communications, and were not able to listen in in real time. You are just making sh!t up.

Why did Boasberg bring in a rerired magistrate judge from Florida in 2023 when many exist in DC? Perhaps David Baker was doing the bidding for Boasberg in their attempt to bury Trump.

This is wrong. Boasberg was first appointed a judge by President Bush in 2002. He was elevated to the federal court in 2011 by Obama, but he was a Republican when he first became a judge.

In the history of the United States, 15 federal judges have been impeached by the House of Representatives. Of those, eight were convicted by the Senate and removed from office, while four were acquitted and three resigned before a verdict.

Why start at the bottom. Corruption rots and start at the top. Therefore, go after Thomas and Alito for impeachment and then we can talk about the District Court judges. Our SCOTUS is compromised, dirty, rotten, and foul. It needs a good gutting.
