Judge James Boasberg Impeachment

That same law also REQUIRES courts to quash subpoenas demanding collection of Senate data upon a motion by the Senate, which is exactly why James Boasberg issued his illegal gag order: he knew the Senate would have IMMEDIATELY gone to court to nuke the Biden administration’s illegal spying against at least eight U.S. senators.

It is clear Boasberg was engaged in a lengthy conspiracy to defraud the U.S., and that he did so deliberately and with malice. His blatantly illegal gag order exposes the entire scheme.

Boasberg should obviously be impeached. But he should also be indicted, arrested, convicted, and imprisoned.

Justice will be served, one way or another.

The law doesn't require any such notice and there was no "spying." They subpoenaed the records of when and who they called during a specified period around Jan. 5, 2021 because there was evidence they were communicating about the January 6 insurrection conspiracy. This is authorized by law. They did not get any content of the communications, and were not able to listen in in real time. You are just making sh!t up.

Waiting for the partial DC circuit to suspend this man, but not holding my breath

They did not get Senate communications or data. Why do you keep repeating this lie?

From Liberal wiki...

James Emanuel "Jeb" Boasberg (born 1963)[1] is an American lawyer and jurist serving as the chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He was appointed in 2011 by President Barack Obama and was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate. Boasberg previously served as a judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, having been appointed by President George W. Bush.[2]

The biggest difference is that US District Judge is a real thing and "local superior judge" is not. If you mean that he's the Chief Judge of the DC District Court, there's actually not that big a difference. He handles some administrative functions. That's it.

This included groups that did not exist on January 6th. They were going after political opponents.

Getting the specific information authorized by Boasberg was neither data nor communications. And maybe we need a rider in the law that exempts sedicious conspiracy?

Yes, CALL DATA RECORDS are just words. They mean nothing (in your world).

Call data records only show who and when somebody called somebody. They do not contain transcripts of what was said.
