If Republicans had included things Democrats want, they could have won those votes. But since Republicans, who control all three branches of government, don’t know how to govern, that didn’t happen. This is on the GOP. |
You sound like Joni Ernst when she said we’re all going to die. Why is every MAGA person an insufferable jerk? |
| When it all collapses, and Trump Is working very hard for this, Republicans will be toast. |
If that is your position then you voted for this. |
It's not going to collapse. The ultra-rich with real power aren't going to allow for it. |
| Where’s the nova troll hating on Maryland being worse even if VA does badly. He’s quiet today |
Once the panic sets in, it's every man/woman for themselves. Ont thing about the ultra-rich is that they are ruthless in protecting their wealth. They're not going to have some big pow-wow where they all agree not to sell their stocks. |

| Sears putting "Let's keep a good thing going" on her campaign signs comes across as deranged and out of touch. |

Most of the growth is in data centers. If you take out that, it is strongly negative.
About 20 percent of the people in Virginia make less than $20 an hour. Virginia SNAP benefits will be delayed or cancelled for November. The economy is in a death spiral. Trump may be hastening the collapse of the economy, but the economy has been very hollow for quite some time. GDP measures the overall economy - not the fact that most of the economy goes to just 7 companies and billionaires. |
Funny you mention that. Virginia has exactly 10 billionaires. How is Spanberger going to fix Virginia's problems by increasing taxes on those 10 people? Unlike companies, individuals can easily change their residence. |
Support for health insurance premiums, which improves the productivity of workers and decreases the cost of emergency care, can be continued if the priorities are to support American workers. But Trump would rather support his billionaire buddies who barely pay taxes, so here we are--government shut down, federal workforce cut only to be rehired at more expensive contractor rates and with a total loss of reputation to the world. Virginia is the epicenter of all of this, with its proximity to DC. |
Exactly. What is Youngkin doing? Nothing. Neither will Sears. |
