Actually, it would make people more aware of violent crimes and how brutal they are instead of keeping them quiet like this one in Charlotte. The Charlotte mayor basically said, let's not share this video out of respect for the family's privacy. Truth is she didn't want the public to see how truly brutal an unexpected stabbing from behind by a crazed person can be, that the murderer walked away with blood dripping from his knife, and he has been arrested 15 times but still got to live his life freely on the streets (until now) thanks to their lenient judicial system and lawyers.

With no warning, a black man seated behind her who had been arrested 14 times previously, grabbed her head and slit her throat killing her. He walked off the train with blood dripping from the knife.

It was a horrific crime, video exists, and it is absolutely shocking that it hasn’t made the national news. I’m confident that if a white man had done the same to a beautiful young black woman heading home from work on the train, there would be headlines.
