Is lulus somewhere people actually shop, or is it just a pr person who recommends it over and over on this site? I never see it recommended anywhere else on the internet. It seems like teenage fast fashion to me.

I have several dresses from there and wear them regularly. I like their sizing and cuts. Quality is similar to other stores at this price point. A lot of things are too young/revealing for me, but there are plenty of nice options. - middle aged mom

Are you the person who has asked this question several times, on different threads? Yes, Lulus is a place where people actually shop.

+1
I wouldn't wear many of their dresses because the cuts wouldn't suit me, but I've bought several dresses for weddings that have been fabulous.

I got my wedding dress from Lulus and it photographed well. Not high quality but I liked the style and fit better than the dozen other dresses I tried on at more expensive boutiques - was only $100 too. We eloped so I only had a few weeks to find a dress.

Look at all the department stores- macys, Nordstrom, sacks and then if there is a designer you like, check out their websites. Also, some tailor and seamstresses will repair and sell dresses- maybe someone near you does that.

Lace column gown: https://www.theoutnet.com/en-us/shop/product/marchesa-notte/dresses/gowns/satin-trimmed-guipure-lace-and-tulle-gown/1647597351627198

Another one shoulder gown, this one in sequined tulle for some sparkle: https://www.theoutnet.com/en-us/shop/product/badgley-mischka/dresses/gowns/one-shoulder-draped-sequined-tulle-gown/1647597308303024

Body-con stretch knit if you are feeling great about your figure: https://www.theoutnet.com/en-us/shop/product/alexandre-vauthier/dresses/gowns/perforated-stretch-knit-gown/25185454456020219

Great price on a Catherine Deane dress, it's fitting the model weird but would look beautiful with tailoring: https://www.theoutnet.com/en-us/shop/product/catherine-deane/dresses/gowns/skyla-embellished-tulle-paneled-satin-bridal-gown/1647597303954019

Another one slightly above your price point but so elegant and special, a bit more covered up than other options: https://www.theoutnet.com/en-us/shop/product/rachel-gilbert/dresses/gowns/ava-embellished-tulle-gown/1647597353508455

Insane price ($119) on a cape effect Halston gown: https://www.theoutnet.com/en-us/shop/product/halston-heritage/dresses/gowns/cape-effect-draped-crepe-gown/16174186156556586

Open backed with draped feature and the lace you asked for: https://www.theoutnet.com/en-us/shop/product/theia/dresses/gowns/open-back-draped-lace-bridal-gown/1647597281058681

Another classic tulle gown with this pretty twisted detail on the bodice: https://www.theoutnet.com/en-us/shop/product/theia/dresses/gowns/belted-twist-front-pleated-tulle-bridal-gown/1647597281109952

Sequined with sleeves and a thigh slit, great for the right bride: https://www.theoutnet.com/en-us/shop/product/retrofete/dresses/maxi-dresses/camille-sequined-chiffon-maxi-dress/1647597353781151

I would also check the sale sections at Anthropologie and check bridal stores for samples. Also since you are a second time bride and less likely to be looking for a big poofy ballgown that screams "BRIDE" check out the white dress selection at department stores, you might find something a bit more mature or restrained but in the color you want and the prices will be more reasonable.
