Why don’t they? Are you saying that only blue-collar workers need a union?

Not PP but yes. Government workers should not have a union. Never should have been allowed. Nothing wrong with this even if you oppose Trump.

This is one of the things Trump is getting right. Public unions are a scourge.

If you enjoy weekends and not working 80 hour weeks, thank a union.

Trump would bring back slavery if he could.

They aren’t all office workers, for one. There are trade unions like IBEW.

Why shouldn’t they be in a union? I’m a defense attorney often on the other side of the v. from unions. But I recognize their work and benefit.

And, let me get this straight. You thing UNION BUSTING makes Trump the party of the working class? Lmfao.

That’s because people in this country are DUMB!

Should we get rid of police unions?

None in the federal government. Our union basically negotiate leave and other working condition conditions.

We had a bunch of investigators that were murdered on the job and the union came in to negotiate better working conditions so they didn’t accidentally show up at a warehouse full of drug dealers.

And MAGA would argue why it’s a good idea

Will Treasury Union workers lose telework? BU have been teleworking since the pandemic, in its 6th year and counting.

It was a bad panel draw.

They didnt lose telework already? Telework had been the norm in my office since the second Clinton administration and was somehow not a problem during the first Trump administration. We've been back in the office FT since early February. Lost about 20 to 25 percent of our workforce so far.

Our union works with management on office space use / realignment, telework policies, working hours, timing for tech rollouts if they are taking our systems offline, timeframe for rolling out new training or job requirements, descriptions of job positions, and changes to our performance system and expectations among other things.

I can’t speak for the office workers, but when I worked for DON, our union workers were the pipe fitters, mechanics, ship builders, maintenance, electricians, plumbers and welders. And every region had different Compacts.

My NTEU office had telework long before the pandemic but lost it this year. BU staff currently has AWS but I assume they will lose it soon. I guess the terms BU and NBU will no longer exist.
