Help! I was ATTACKED by mosquitoes!

Oatmeal actually works for me - grind it in a blender then make a paste with some water and smear it on. It's not pretty but it works.

AND it's NOT more drugs!

Zyrtec puts me right to sleep. Different people react to these meds in different ways. I take Allegra.

You might want to try something like Mosquito dunks in your yard to control the population.


Please share more ideas for prevention (e.g., mosquito dunks). We’re hosting a wake later this week. We do t have an huge house so we’ll be setting up two tables. I hope to find a one-day mosquito reduction option. I sure don’t want our many out of town visitors to get covered in bites!

It might be worth investing in a couple of fans for the outdoor event. Mosquitos don’t like the moving air.
