I'm in Enforcement and we most supervisors are very understanding. You can't make it a regular thing, but if you suddenly have to pick up a kid or have a doctor's appointment scheduled, then go ahead. |

Your day typically begins before 9, though. IIRC from when I was dating someone who had that job, 1 hour of travel time counted toward time worked and they also had to be at the site 30-60 mins prior to the start, so that counted as well. |

I know some firms threatened to dock bonus if employees did not RTO. I could see that backfiring where the company just made it an economic decision to RTO. I could see a lot of people forgoing their bonus for WFH. |
