That's not her. The photos are towards the end.. |
And yet he stayed in a long term relationship with Farrah Go figure. |
Traumatized people don't make healthy choices in relationships and usually repeat damaging patterns from their childhood. She married an Irish guy with a volatile temper, who'd tell her what a loser she was when she messed up? Eesh. A bad match. But he was a responsible father and took custody of the kids when she devolved. Anyone who's known addicts knows that self-loathing makes recovery very, very challenging. She's never been able to get out of that pit that her father instilled in her and her siblings. No amount of money or fame, or even a supportive husband, can fix that. I think it's so lovely her children seem to love and accept her despite her terrible illness. She made a big effort to be there, which is great. |
Seriously? He abused her and cheated on her, culminating with stealing as much of her estate as possible. He was a monster but like most narcissists could be very charming. This seriously messed with his loved ones' heads. |
So why did she stay? |
OK, well embed them. If you don't know how, GTFO |
She had very serious issues herself. Read this and tell me that man had any redeeming qualities. The way he speaks about his children is horrifying. https://www.vanityfair.com/culture/2009/09/farrah-fawcett200909?srsltid=AfmBOoqssK3bvpmUsj7Iv_Fl8MD6B3R68KmC81RGkWPJCo0C05Gc6O1H |
John McEnroe is American. |
Farrah was also a nut. Their son, Redmond, is in prison or a mental institution after having attempted to murder someone a few years back. |
Ryan narrated how Redmond threatened to hurt himself with a butcher knife at age 6 because they were always screaming at each other. Poor kid. |
Irish-American, like her father. His grandparents were Irish. |
Both drank and both had horrific tempers. None of those kids had a chance except for Patrick, who was raised by a kind, sane mother and didn't have much to do with his father growing up. |
Interestingly, Patrick has been all over Instagram lately praising his wonderful dad, Ryan. Hmm. https://www.instagram.com/p/C_eWaHhSnSl/?hl=en |
Yeah, not being raised in his father's household did wonders for him and for their relationship. He was the only child Ryan liked, and the only one he didn't raise. Go figure. |
Not really. Her mother, Joanna Moore, was a raging boozehound who lost custody of her and her troubled brother after years of neglect; Ryan was an abusive narcissist. |
