Tatum's is dress is hideous. Someone should have told her.
I think she looks lovely especially given her multiple near-death experiences.
What does one have to do with the other especially since her near death experiences were mostly self inflicted?
So you must be one of those people who don't believe in giving others grace and in redemption. I wish everyone struggling with addiction had the means and support to recover.
She was born not only on 3rd base, but 1/2 way to home base.
Not exactly. Her father was a terrible human being. Probably a psychopath. He destroyed the lives of everyone around him. Her mother was such an alcoholic that she lived with her father who neglected and abused her.
I will concede some of that, but she was living the life when she met John McEnroe who reportedly did everything in their marriage (she admits) to help and support her. And he was the one who took care of their children. Considering how beautiful she was at one time in her life and how she looks now aged beyond her years,, its quite a stretch to say she is amazing.
It's interesting. I think she was like her mother in that way, unable to care for her children due to addiction and losing custody. John McEnroe seems like a responsible person and has had a long second marriage. Better than her own dad by far though I imagine he's not a walk in the park.
Traumatized people don't make healthy choices in relationships and usually repeat damaging patterns from their childhood. She married an Irish guy with a volatile temper, who'd tell her what a loser she was when she messed up? Eesh. A bad match. But he was a responsible father and took custody of the kids when she devolved. Anyone who's known addicts knows that self-loathing makes recovery very, very challenging. She's never been able to get out of that pit that her father instilled in her and her siblings. No amount of money or fame, or even a supportive husband, can fix that. I think it's so lovely her children seem to love and accept her despite her terrible illness. She made a big effort to be there, which is great.
