As a PP pointed out this was an Architectural Digest worthy remodel from the early 1990s. Even today I recognize the quality involved. You don't have to like it but this isn't terrible, not by a long shot And also no idea why a PP is saying it looks like a farmhouse the exterior remodel was inspired by the 1900s shingle craftsmen, hardly farmhouses.

I wish the price history went back further. I feel like we might have put a bid on this house back in 2011. I like it although I think the stairs are weird and I think the microwave over the stove feels too low or crowded. That’s a huge yard for CC.

Clearly the people who live there were stuck in the late 1980s, but all of that can be easily remedied. The kitchen definitely needs to be redone, it's so closed in and ugly.

What??? The kitchen and the stairs are definitely part of the same renovation/expansion.

I highly doubt that. Look at picture 23. You'll see how old the cabinets are, especially to the left of the dishwasher. The handrail style, on the other hand, is much more contemporary. The house was sold in 2021. I'd date the stairs back to around that time.

Agreed. Regardless of whether the renovations were done well, lack of externior/interior harmony is unsettling. Bad chi.
