Lost 20 lbs in a year, yay. Stuck since Nov however

I have a lot of luck with the 5:2 diet. It consists of 5 normal eating days and then two days with just a 500 calorie dinner. I normally do the 500 calorie days on Mondays and Thursdays depending on the week. Drinking coffee and electrolytes gets me through the down days, and then the other 5 days I don't have to think about calories at all. It's really the only thing that has worked for me and it's so easy!

Same 1200 calorie deficit. Very occasionally about 1300, maybe 1 or 2x a month. Vegetarian ( not vegan)
Weights 3 x a week
Walking 3 miles per day.
Track all my food.

Post menopausal, no gallbladder, no thyroid.

If I eat more, weight will pile on. Eating less, I'm tired and hungry. Weight loss is only temporary for a day then shoots back up to this set point. Help!

You know the answer is to take a GLP. Quit wasting time and get on it. You'll regret the time you've already wasted when you see the 10 pounds melt away with no effort.

I cannot take it due to health issues and it's only 10 lbs needed to lose.
