I do not see what the big deal is.
They will protect the ICE agent’s perimeter so a bunch of citizens don’t get all excited and try to interfere in ICE doing their job.

As long as people do not throw rocks at the marines they should not get shot by them.

Seriously. All those red state county Sheriffs know exactly where to find undocumented workers, but they give them sanctuary.

Yet we never hear the phrase "sanctuary farms".

Military and LEOs arresting people for protesting their presence and detaining/disappearing people with no due process is not "FA", it is what is the right of every person. It's in our Constitution. You're a POS for pretending otherwise and being ok with it.

The military should respect the law and constitution. They should be held to the highest standards given their weapons. Why are you excusing them?

Well, they should have been around to shoot mobs of people attempting to breach security at the US Capitol Building. No one will argue with that! If Federal buildings are being attacked by angry mobs anywhere in this country, they should be shot immediately in a post 9/11 world. If kids are throwing rocks at the US Military, they shouldn't be shot immediately but they should be detained and seriously punished. All of this is simple common sense.

Throw rocks? I saw two videos of LAPD shoot women with rubber bullets, and one was a journalist just doing her job. These women were doing nothing to warrant being shot. Next time they may not be rubber bullets.

They haven’t done anything, other than show up, as ordered. Their presence does seem to have a calming effect on the locals.
