Just in time for Pride Month…

And the right called the left snowflakes.

Harvey Milk was a victim; not a hero.

He was a hero to fight for his rights. That is what the USA is all about, no?

The PP’s point is true. Why the push to name military ships after civil rights leaders rather than military heroes? Glad Trump is making this change.

It had a different name for 100 years prior to being named Milk. I think the Milk name will be temporary.

And who cares? Not every single thing needs to be made into an LGBT celebration. It's okay for the military to commemorate notable military people. It's better, in fact, so that new service members can find good role models and learn their history.

What? No. No one changes the name of a ship once it has been Christined. There is no naval salior in any navy in the world who would go into combat on a renamed ship. tell me you know NOTHING about the US Navy without using the words.

To pwn the libs. It’s their primary goal.

Hundred bucks says they rename the USS John S. McCain as well.

Well kegbreth is in talks of renaming the Harriet Tubman as well. And yes she was a decorated war hero.

Tubman at least makes sense as a notable military figure.

Ships are named to honor prominent Americans whether or not they were in the military. Connie Morella was not a librarian but they still named a library after her.

Um, Trump is changing the name now.

It shouldn’t have even named after Milk in the first place, that’s why. He was in a relationship with a 16 year old boy! Nope.

But Trump's relationships with 14 year old girls is perfectly acceptable. Got it.

Wrong.

“Congress began funding the construction of those ships in late 2015, and the first of them was launched in 2021.”

No one believes that. Sorry. Milk’s relationship is confirmed.

Do you understand the bad juju naval personnel have with renaming ships? You may as well sell it to some other country to use.

+1 Hegseth’s “warfighters” need a safe space where they don’t have to acknowledge the existence of Black, Latino, or gay people.

A military warship isn’t the space. It should be for acknowledging the military, a leader, valor, special bravery.

A PP just said it hasn’t been done before.

Superstition is silly medieval nonsense.
