DCpS need to eliminate drug use

We saw 2 MacArthur girls Leaving their phone in the garden at Hardy recreation Center and taking a bus towards Georgetown .One of them has something on her leg Both of them looked drugged around 10:30 a.m. These parents should sue the school for not letting them know they weren't in class, and almost all the time .I remember them do u can take z video next time.

Maybe DCPS should sue the parents for not sending irresponsible kids to school.

Maybe other parents should sue the parents for sending disruptive kids to school.

I don't think so. Many parents leave their children at school to study and not to be lazy .Tell me who is responsible during school hours????

How do you know the school didn't notify the parents?
