What *should* Democrats be doing?

He pointed out a lot of what Democrats should not be doing, which is all correct. He mentioned that Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez went and spoke and drew huge crowds. Great.

What *should* other democrats be doing? Can we get specific and then demand it? I agree that vetoing the crypto bill is obvious. What else? Can they bring Congress to a standstill? BArnstorm the nation? Protest in the streets? What next in the leadership of the moment?

How about finding common ground on Republican policies, getting them passed, and making America great again. Dems will find that passing popular policies will lead to election wins.

What are these popular Republican policies you speak of?

Halting illegal immigration for one.

^^^Everyone who is American should support this-we simply cannot afford to give free healthcare and education to the masses at the expense of our own citizens. Why Dems want this is truly baffling. A common sense Dem would support legal immigration and finding better pathways for that to occur. The illegals aren’t voting for them anyhow which is the only reason they support illegal immigration anyhow.

Bring forth a common sense Democrat on these unpopular issues and independents like myself will gladly support them!!

I think PP means Democrats should help Republicans pass the Medicaid cuts so MAGA have to pick up their family members from nursing homes they can't afford.

I don't like illegal immigration either. But seeking asylum is completely legal (even if you're not a white South African).

Then maybe the Republicans should actually support some policies that aren't objectionable non-starters.

IF the Republicans would agree to a sensible, sane reform to the visa process so that we could get the people we need while not just opening the floodgates. They've refused to do that for 40+ years. IF they would agree to properly funding and staffing resources needed to deal with immigration cases. IF IF IF. Republicans haven't shown any good faith efforts to do so.

When Republicans and Democrats learn how to elect legitimate leaders again like they used to, they'll find common ground. There is no common ground to be found when our "leader" is an arrogant 80 year old know-it-all who knows little

Show that you support US workers first

Should be so easy

This

Democrats left trump to stop the overwhelming immigration

And democrats pretend they are the party of labor

Start acting like the party of labor. No more h1b. No more opt. Mandate e-verify

Not so hard and yet no democrats has changed their position in immigration. They still favor immigrants over US workers

Trump has all the power now to do these things. Either he does or he's a failure. Welcome to politics.

Don’t forget lenient sentencing for violent criminals.

What’s the difference when Trump just pardons them anyway?

Dems need to support 3rd party independent candidates. Independent candidates who are pissed off and will fight the socialist republicans and Trump.

Start highlighting democratic successes. Explain that you have brought the world into our children's classrooms. Highlight places like central Montgomery County, where students are able to have an international experience right here at home. Tout that you've brought books with queer content into elementary schools with such vigor that you were sued by parents and had to defend yourself in front of the Supreme Court. Explain how you protect criminals from injustice.

I think our people and party are too diverse and divided.

Then they stopped. Cold.

Also, notice how David Hogg got shut up quickly after he said he wanted some Dems primary’s? Now they’re trying to oust him from the DNC.

You Dems are having trouble with a palace coup right now. And you’ve got plenty of experience with it since y’all knee-capped Creepy Joe last summer.

Your party has sh!t the bed. And now all of you are pretending not to smell it.

+1
It's going to take the Dems a generation to recover from the embarrassment of Kamala Harris. There are fifth graders who are more intelligent. And you can bet she will enter the primaries in 2028 (assuming that the Dems have primaries) and set the party back even further. She will no doubt call the other Democrats racist, just like she called Joe Biden in 2020.

C'mon Kamala, do it - you go girl!

Hilarious!!!
