OP - This is your husband, and you are uncomfortable mentioning it to him – either as a joke or serious or offhandedly? If so, how do you talk about even more difficult subjects?

It is also a little strange how strict you are about time. It sounds like you were scheduling a meeting with your boss, not a chat with your husband. If you weren't so rigid about time, he probably would have gotten dressed after getting out of the shower.
