NP. My former curvy officemate looks like that. She is 5’2” and wore a petite 4. At 5’8” and a slender 8 I couldn’t even zip a skirt she offered up for a party we were attending together! Side by side, i looked much thinner but clothing size-wise she was much “smaller.”

Hard to say because as a PP mentioned, height can be deceptive, making someone have a larger size but look very thing. Also, the screen adds pounds so curvy women might actually be tiny but seem bigger in images onscreen.

Thank you PPs. Interestingly many of these ladies appear heavier than I am. I will continue to look. I could probably use to size down from the size 8 I have been ordering as I was so accustomed to ordering 14/16 at my heaviest it’s hard for me to resize myself.

Part of it is bone structure. Not many actresses have broad shoulders, wide hips etc.

NP- Was about to say the same thing. She weighs 120lbs! She's likely a 4. My adult dd is that height and weighs 100 and is a 0.

This. The actresses people are posting who are that height and size are mostly post-menopausal. Hollywood does not have many short curvy women, and when they do, they tend to be super small with good proportions and tiny waists (Salma Hayek for instance). OP is talking about a body type more similar to a short athlete, like a gymnast. That's not a Hollywood body, but there are people in Instagram built like that who are stylish and look good. I would not look to actresses for inspo here.
