I just paid $19K all in for a 5 x 7 hallway bathroom that was a complete gut job. Tore out the 1960s pink tile and tub, and floors and walls and etc. replaced everything.
I spent more on the fixtures that are all grohe or Kohler, and the vanity was signature hardware $1750 but beautiful. I love it, family loves it, the plumbing is replaced and it’s beautiful. |

| BP here again. I just found the best contractor on Google with a 4.9 or 5.0 rating and at least 30 reviews. |
