Hi. Not the OP, but someone else who struggles with this. I got Nizoral as you all suggested, and I've used it for 3 days and am already seeing improvement. Thank you all! How long should I expect it to take to go away completely? And then after that, do I need to keep using it? Once a week?

I'm also taking someone else's suggestion to frequently wash my towel and pillow case. I've had this for years and would love to be actually done with it.
