Scabby scalp

None of the dandruff-specific shampoos worked for me, but Paul Mitchell's tea trea oil shampoo did.

I am so glad I found this thread! I have this issue, too. My dermatologist said it's a fungus and to blow dry my hair and not let it sit wet, which helps, but I am going to try Nizoral.

I was diagnosed with psoriasis. It only flares on my scalp and random parts of my face when I'm very stressed.

Because I have guttate psoriasis, antibiotics can actually help. My primary care practitioner gave me an antibiotic before I got my official psoriasis diagnosis (just based her clinical guess) and it cleared everything up after over a year of suffering and dermatologists not helping.

As someone who has been diagnosed with scalp psoriasis, can you explain? Are you saying it's overdiagnosed?

What useless advice. You forgot to add in endorsements for tea tree oil and coconut oil.
