Crap, this is hard to find. Even Pepperdine had a pool during the election last year and it was 56% Harris…..

That's the only visible activity the College Republicans do at our local selective university.

It's very Boebert-esque.

Mentioning this because it's not enough to have a chapter, it matters what the chapter does.

Did you see this in the news?

I used to be a Republican.

This. The Republican party is full-on MAGA. Even if a few political Rs are silently clutching their pearls, they are powerless. Moderate R values will not be represented in any Republican-named groups, on college campuses or otherwise.

All you need do is look at the former Rs on social media, those with popular podcasts and the like. They won't say they are Democrats, but identify as conservative (small c) or currently independent. But their guests and followers are almost exclusively Dems. Because they fully understand the current R party is completely insane and the old party will never come back.

You have got to be kidding me. You have obviously never been to these schools. Look at the history of Trinity College. Could not be further from reality.

Middle of the road doesn’t want MAGA.

Are you looking for Republican or MAGA, there. Huge difference?

I’m a moderate republican but I am not a trumper.

Any stand-out campuses where a Republican student would feel comfortable being herself?

Is she active in a HS age Republican group? If so, find out where kids when over the last few years and talk to them. If she is not, why do you think she will be active in one in college?

At no school with good academics are you going to find a truly welcoming environment. Fine to go to a 1450+ median school if you're willing to be relegated to your lower ideological caste for four years. Why not go somewhere where everyone is like you, like Liberty?

Correct. People see the name, say Catholic, then assume. It is ridiculous.

Maybe it would be profitable.
