These lettuce wraps are a hit . Can also use this tofu for rice bowls.

OP here - thanks so much! This is the thread that keeps on giving! It’s been a lazy tofu week (current fave is sliced medium drained with a spicy sauce and as an Alternative the typical baked or fried cornstarch extra firm). I’ve just been keeping some in the fridge and snacking on it whenever.
