He's taught at Seneca Valley, RM, WJ, and Whitman. Sounds like an "education background" to me.

How many more times do you want to repeat that? He is unqualified for this position but got the job as payback to MCEA.

Of course he's qualified. It would be weird if he had no experience in education. Being an MCPS teacher and union leader are great experiences for a committee staffer.
