I knew I would only eat a few bites, so those bites better count. For me that meant plain grilled chicken and some vegetables. Over the course of the day, I might eat 6oz of chicken and a zucchini or 1/2 acorn squash. Since I wasn't really hungry, I just stayed away from the junk which I knew would fill me up. Make sure to keep drinking plenty of water.

OP isn’t on zepbound. No legit doctor would prescribe it for her. She’s on an off-label compounded generic prescribed by an unethical person who has the ability to wrote prescriptions.

Wrong. Ro is an online pharmacy which prescribes Zep via LillyDirect.

Are you OP?

The only downside is food boredom and an extreme lack of appetite. I told my doctor about the lack, and she instructed me not to take the weekly injection again until I felt hungry. I am worried that I can go so long without eating, and then when I do, it's only a few bites. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, did you stretch days between injections?

This is really silly. Just have a protein shake and three hours later have a few bites of turkey deli meal and a small salad or some fruit and a few hours after that a protein bar or some cottage cheese. Eating the right amount of calories will actually help you lose weight and retain your muscle. The point of this medication is not to lose your appetite, it’s blunt the edge of your hunger that makes you eat 17 cheeseburgers in a day and become obese. I eat to a calorie deficit so I know I’m losing weight because of that and you need to eat to lose weight. If not, you’re just gonna starve and have diarrhea and horrible side effects and lose all your muscles. Please don’t do this the stupid way and please don’t listen to the people asking you to do it the stupid way.

Op here, since 2.7, when I created this post, I've lost two more pounds. I was supposed to take the injection today, but since I still have no appetite, I won't. As of today, I am 133.2. I was 143 lbs on 1.11.

Where I note that Tirzepatide differs from every other diet I've tried is that I am losing weight every day. Weight loss has generally slowed two weeks in, but not with this med. This med is like some form of sorcery. I am intentionally not exercising because I don't want to expedite additional weight loss. I am doing my regular walking but no stairmaster.

I am three pounds from my goal at two weeks on the medication with two more weeks to go. I am sleeping better and no longer have atrocious gas. I view my doctor as open-minded, but I certainly won't post his name.

This has to be a troll or to post future links to a prescriber for marketing purposes.

You need to add some resistance training or you’re going to have the muscles of a cooked noodle.

It's not. Just admit you want me to post the Doctor's name so you can quietly reach out to arrange an appointment.

Why would we need you to do this? Most reputable prescribers will write scripts for those that legitimately qualify. It appears you had to use a nefarious resource because you don’t.

Op here, for anyone interested, these are my stats/diary: female, 47, 5'6

1.11.25 143 lbs. (depressed, desperate, and looking for options; half the clothes in my closet no longer fit, mostly in 6s, look boxy, sleeping poorly, atrocious gas)

1.18.25 142.4 lbs. (s/a above)

1.29.25 141.6lbs. (day one of plan, received first injection in the afternoon of the prior day at the doctor's office but did not start the eating plan until today)

1.30.25 139.8lbs. (felt fine, happy with loss but nothing significant to report)

1.31.25 138lbs. (felt fine, happier with weight loss)

2.1.25 137.4lbs. (noticeable improvement with sleep and gas, stomach felt flatter)

2.2.25 136 lbs. (convinced my weight loss was noticeable at this point, lol)

2.3.25 same weight as yesterday

2.4.25 135.6lbs (convinced my weight loss was noticeable, clothes I couldn't fit were fitting better, wore a size 4 dress to work today, and realized mid-day it was too tight/too soon.)

2.5.25 same weight as yesterday

2.6.25 135.2lbs (worried about extreme lack of hunger)

2.7.25 same weight as yesterday

2.8.25 134.4lbs (scared yet intrigued by the meds)

2.9.25 134lbs (nearly all of my clothes fit again, stomach waist noticeably smaller but not my arms and hips)

2.10.25 133.4lbs. (wore a skirt and blouse to work that I haven't worn since last spring, coworker said my faced looked slimmer, blamed it on political stress/fear for the country, still sleeping well, gas nonexistent, decided not to take weekly injection tomorrow)

Today 133.4lbs (didn't take injection, 3 pounds from goal with two full weeks left of plan)

It’s not. Zepbound doesn’t come in 3mg.

How can I -- a legit fat person-- get a script for this?
Anonymous
So basically a normal weight woman takes drug for people who are obese and/or overweight with diabetes. Doesn't eat for a month and loses 10 pounds? Can we ask that the ED people get their own subgroup?

NP. This. And I don’t mean it in a cruel way. Get offline, this place is the worst for your mental health.

This is really sad. You’re an absolute disaster. The fact that you keep posting this like this is admirable, either betrays you’re desperate craving for attention or your mental illness. I say this with kindness and empathy: GET help get help.!!!!!!
