Teslas don't need many repairs unless they get into a accident. The biggest expense we've had was when a Jeep plowed into our car at a stoplight. Tires are very expensive so that has been our largest ongoing expense since there is always construction going on in our area. That said, we won't be buying another because of that traitor Musk.

I don't think you need to worry about the sedan-type Teslas, since they're very widespread and people understand most of them were bought before Elon started cozying up to the extreme-right.

PP is correct that the timing of the cybertruck rollout makes these owners seem like they just deliberately ignored red flags from that quarter (or maybe they're neo-Nazis too!). Also cybertrucks are extremely unsafe - they're very heavy, and they lack collapsible plastic fenders which make collisions with pedestrians/bicycles/etc less lethal than they might otherwise be. Without injecting politics into it, it's just a really, really, bad design and no rational car-buyer should ever be interested.

A lot of analysts do not think Tesla will be around in 2-3 years. The only place where Tesla is still in the top 3 in China(for some unknown reason :roll. All the other markets sales are way down.
