I do hit in body hugging shorts and sports bra typically. I do HIIT at home and no clothing is built for real HIIT because it is supposed to put you to near failure and sweating by 2nd interval should be a lot. By 5 or 6 intervals you are disgustingly sweaty and clean up and good mat that can be cleaned is most important.
Not PP. If burpees are part of your workout, do not wear shorts. Your knees will thank you.
