Cuz the only one of those ingredients I have is butter. Less expensive to just buy the cookies and a lot less work considering I’ve never made homemade cookies in my life.

Absolutely do this for yourself before you die.

Homemade cookies fresh from your oven are one of life's great pleasures.

Yeah, the thing is I really hate cooking, hate cleaning up from it, and would be annoyed to have all that stuff left over. Waste of money.

Try the Pillsbury cookie dough from the refrigerated section. I’m sure dcum will scoff at it, but they are good fresh from the oven without having to make the dough yourself. Back in the day when my metabolism ran high I would make them all the time. So good!

Yep, that’s what I thought making cookies meant until my late 20’s.

DP. You're missing out on such great joy in life. Certain things, like home-made whipped cream, taste absolutely nothing like their store-bought counterparts (canned whipped cream).

I suppose you have anxiety and OCD. Sorry about that.

+1 to home-made whipped cream

I have tried store bought. DCUM, you don't have to. It's disgusting crap.

I've had good experiences with Heyday Canning at Whole Foods (mole chili and the coconut curry chickpea ones, specifically). Really good for a lunch in a pinch, I always throw in some quick-cook vegetable like a slaw or spinach or baby spinach.

Also, the Tate's chocolate chip cookies at Costco (but I've seen them elsewhere too) were surprisingly good (I normally dislike storebought cookies).

(OOPS, I thought OP was asking for both positive and negative reviews, the two above are positive.)

I mixed a package with some ground chicken that I browned with taco seasoning for a really great white chicken chili. They have other flavors too, all good, but the chile verde flavor is my favorite.

The ones I've tried have been very good for a shelf stable product.

The fresh ones in the deli that are whipped are delicious.

I’m the OP, and I was asking for either positive or negative reviews.

Anything at Costco in the frozen food aisle from this brand: "Realgood".

It is NOT Realgood. Whatever flavor, its all crappy.

The Wegman's fresh pizza is too dough-y and doesn't have enough toppings.

I’m on the fence with these. Agree it had a paste like texture but I assumed I cooked it too long. Just ok. I doubt I’ll buy this again.

The trader joes 5 items or less recipe instagram page has had mostly hits with my family so would rec that. Note its for people who don't care about calories, i think one of the ravioli recipes had 17 sticks of butter.

Hun, you need to cook them.

They are really good in the air fryer.

I dislike our new Instant Pot air fryer. Nothing tastes as good as oven made and it still offgasses plastic smell. It cooks faster but is not necessarily easier to clean than a tray. Way overhyped.

I have the Ninja one and have never had that problem. Its a life saver on sports nights when we need to make a quick but healthy meal (e.g. salmon and veggies at the same time)

Agree on the realgood. My teen boy wouldn't even eat their nuggets and he's a human garbage disposal.

Almost all the Costco fresh deli foods are misses with us and we aren't picky eaters.

The egg white quiche 2 pack is good for a quick weekend lunch or dinner. I also like the SousVide products usually--the presliced sirloin steak + the fresh brioche buns + cheese /mayo as a toasted sandwich with a pre-made soup is a great quick dinner.
