Lot's of projects in the west end look it up. For one the large URD NPV development. Investors are OUT! Lot's of vacancies with the new builds and they won't get the ROI they're looking for.

More move to Alexandria everyday. Every time a bus drops off some Central American men who crossed the border illegally, Alexandria gets a few more misogynists and sexists.

That and crime rates are up for the 3rd year in a row, not including incorrectly reported murder rates. For some reason 2 are listed and I can name 6-7+ from local news.
