You're wrong. If you're not sleeping there, it's not your residence. If you're asking if you'll get caught, that's a different question, but if that's not your residence, ie where you AND THE CHILD (unless you're divorced and one parent lives in DC) *sleep*, you're committing residency fraud.

Show the rules that say the *child* has to sleep there. They don’t.

The child doesn't have to sleep there, but you have to sleep there and be the parent or guardian. They pretty much covered the situation where you sleep there but your kid doesn't with "divorced and one parent lives in DC", although of course the divorce part isn't what's relevant there. This only comes up if there's a home visit - otherwise, your lease/tax documents are fine.

PG, Anne Arundel, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Washington County. Probably others but those are the ones I know of.

What are the schools? Those are counties.

I doubt any are considered equal to Ellington for kids that may want to work professionally direct from HS.

Nope...but you seem to be the same person claiming there are plenty of schools equivalent to Duke Ellington, but then not providing jack shit. You listed a bunch of counties which shows how lazy you are.

Maybe, just don't chime in when you don't have a clue about the school and what makes it completely unique in the DMV, and why, yes people would absolutely consider paying to attend if they lived in PG, or Arlington or MoCo or anywhere within reasonable commuting distance.

The closest thing to Ellington in MD is Baltimore. Next stop after that is Philly then New York. All schools of the arts are not equal.
