16:28 If you book outside the block that's essentially the same as staying at a different place entirely since they can't track it. One of the main reasons stay to play exists (outside of just greed) is that it's a way to show how much economic impact the tournament brought to the area. You now are just a random traveler booking a hotel vs. someone there for the tournament.

Yes the system is stupid/f'd but that's what it is currently.

Booking in the room block ensures that you will not be charged if the tournament cancels last minute

Your team manager can find a lower rate hotel to add to your team block. Multiple hotels are offered, your manager just needs to get into the tool and find the one that best fits your team budgets.

Amazingly, some of the hotels are a good bit less expensive than the current non-tournament rate.
