VDA, NCFC and Richmond not in the top bracket for U14 is suprising. No NCFC and NVA for U13 is interesting also. |

Is it still a committee that selects teams? What is criteria? I see a lot of local teams that usually play in Jeff Cup not there at all. |

| It appears to me that they tried to get a lot more teams from outside va/md then they used to. Seems to be way fewer local rl teams then in the past |

Similar experience for us last year, and also had a train track just beyond the parking lot with trains running every few hours in the night. |
