Well…it’s multi ethnic in my experience. Lots of Greeks and Lebanese in Vienna, Persians too. and East Asians but fewer south Asians. Fewer blacks but certainly not zero. I’ve met a lot of Eastern European.

Lots of money in the tear downs but stiill has a few traditional neighborhoods

OP - this is exactly the type response I was looking for. Couldn’t have asked for a better description. The 12 almond a day diet among other things will indeed be a problem for us.

It won't be, I've been around there and women there definitely don't look like they are on 12 almonds a day diet.

OP - this is exactly the type response I was looking for. Couldn’t have asked for a better description. The 12 almond a day diet among other things will indeed be a problem for us.

It won't be, I've been around there and women there definitely don't look like they are on 12 almonds a day diet.

IDK, women there don't look any diff than women anywhere else in DC metro. There is a little bit of everything, it's hardly a uniform area some of these posts imply.
