Noel Casler was Trump's handler and fixer during 6 production seasons of "The Apprentice" - he said that Trump wore diapers and smelled badly. And as we know, Trump is notoriously litigious yet Trump has not tried to take out a defamation suit against Casler - likely because Casler is telling the truth and Trump would lose the suit.

Well hey if Donald and Vance can prattle on about Haitians eating cats and dogs in Springfield Ohio and admit they are “creating stories” then I don’t see a problem with people looking at a photo and interpreting what they see. Also, they put down special seat covers in the back of his vehicles and he sleeps on a plastic mattress.
Of course he wears depends, but his handlers now insist that he wear XL-Jumbo size that are waterproof and leak proof in an attempt to keep smells in as well. He has an aide that uses athletic tape to seal the leg bottoms when he has to do an appearance. They are terrified of anything getting "out"

You could not pay me enough to be Trump's diaper aide!
