Also, they put down special seat covers in the back of his vehicles and he sleeps on a plastic mattress. 
Of course he wears depends, but his handlers now insist that he wear XL-Jumbo size that are waterproof and leak proof in an attempt to keep smells in as well. He has an aide that uses athletic tape to seal the leg bottoms when he has to do an appearance. They are terrified of anything getting "out"
