I saw a woman wearing a long formal dress walking at Tysons corner Center today near the Sephora (Saturday afternoon). I was wondering why. Wedding one of the restaurants maybe? So, apparently you can wear it anywhere.

I love the idea of just busting one out for errands and sort of pretending it's cause your en route to something fancy!
