There is no judging necessary. The poster said that Trump "literally" said that "maybe the Second Amendment people could take care of her." As seen in the video, he definitely did not say that.

Both of these quotes from Trump you can find on video. Many of us remember watching them live. Either you are too young to remember, or you hadn't learned English yet.
