I don't believe this for a second. He's previously talked about "letting" her have a child (as long as it didn't impact her body) and on multiple occasions has referred to Barron as, "Melania's son." She's hopping on the Vance/Musk procreation thing the only way she knows how- Trump has never had an interest in his kids, he gave her one as a concession.
