| They were really down on their luck - her childhood was a nightmare. |
| I'm not a sports person, but that show made me finally understand the importance of the role that high school sports plays in the lives of teens and see the value in it. |
It was Tyrah that he connected with again. And that was perfect for the two characters. |
| Tim character was so compelling. He started as a kid who has a strong sense of self but didn't always do the right thing. He grew up and discovered the difference between right and wrong. But it was a consistent character he was never ever a bad kid or unfeeling and uncaring. He was always someone true to himself and never deviated from his love of Dillon. Of all the characters Tim was the one who was the wisest but who led the messiest life - turned down scholarship, took the fall in jail, etc. but he was also the one who everyone came to respect. |
I would say this is actually a good recommendation since you clearly think highly of yourself and what you think merits attention (and it isn't this show to you) yet you are on Season 5. |
Thanks. I always mix up those names. The Tyrah actress and Tim actor had great chemistry. |
At the time, apparently they wanted Minka Kelly for that scene but couldn't get her - she was off making a movie. |
| I'm not being hudgmental of those who love FNL, but I couldn't get into this particular show because of the teen characters and storylines. I understand they dealt with heavy issues, but the high school setting was not watchable for me. |

All I have to say is bloodline |
He was a bit overweight in that one. |

This show is one of my all- time favorites, and I love, love, love Tim Riggins.
But for my money the best story arc was Vince's. Just pitch perfect, and executed by a truly fine actor. |
Her autobiography was fascinating! She was polar opposite of her character, coming from a childhood with abuse, instability and drugs/alcohol. |

Taylor Kitsch was good in Bang Bang Club. Good accent too.
Sorry, not that kind of bang. But he's still very easy on the eyes in it. |
Some of this was due to the writer's strike. Some of the more ridiculous plot lines were abandoned once the strike was over and they got rid of the scrub writers. |
