| Are you high OP? In no universe are Penn and Michigan universally loved more than Harvard, Columbia and Johns Hopkins. |
| What a stupid thread. For everyone who loves a school, there are others who don't. |
| The "others" are usually being more polite and don't feel the need to insult |
| No such thing. |
I don't think Hopkins and CMU are universally hated. Baltimore is a rough city. Can't recall anyone trashing CMU and most praise Pittsburgh. |
The only thing worse than being hated or loved…is not much talked about at all. Sorry Columbia. |

We all know the most loved ones on DCUM.
UVA, UMD, & Georgetown as local favorites. When it comes to the south it is Tulane and everyone loves these two directional schools Northeastern and Northwestern. When it comes to schools outside the US everyone’s favorite is of certainly St Andrews. |
WHATTTTTTTTTTT???? Georgetown is constantly maligned on this forum. There even is a notorious Georgetown troll. |

| Schools like Johns Hopkins are respected, but that’s different from being “loved,” which is more of a warm fuzzy feeling. |
No, it’s a school of introverts, but perfect for the right kid, |
| Penn is NOT universally loved. If anything, it’s closer to the opposite. Kids all think it’s where the “snakes” go. |
| Northwestern |
Insofar as Brown is concerned there is a big difference between being regularly overhyped and being universally loved. |
How is Brown overhyped? It is an Ivy, great professors, in a cool city and where the cool kids go
