| I'd go to Hermes. If you can't afford a Birkin bag (not that they would sell you one even if you had the money) I'd get the Evelyne bag. I love having Birkins that I actually bought in Paris. I'd get an Evelyne the next time. |

| Bought a LV in Spain last year. Saved 40% off US pricing after considering the VAT refund. VAT was a big pain though and had to wait in line so long I started to worry about making my flight. |

| Celine or Hermes. Even though the exchange rate it not fabulous, the price differential plus the VAT tax refund is SO worth it. Go to Le Samaratain to see a variety of shops in one place. Worse case, it you dont bit the bullet, the United Terminal at CDG has a great selection. |
