Just a vent…sick on long-awaited vacation

But OP, you DO have a legitimate reason to be bummed out about being sick too.
It is the last thing you want to deal with being on vacation & I am very sorry you are dealing w/all of this at the moment.

I had a stomach bug on my honeymoon. We had a tiny inside cabin on a cruise ship, so there were no escape options. I was so angry and disappointed and embarrassed. I felt better after a few days, and I hope you do too, OP.
