This. Looks are ofc important on some level. But there are so many other qualities that make someone attractive. Kindness, humor, fun, shared values and out look, etc. all play into that for me.

This is not a big deal right? To me what matters is how he treats her, not if others think he’s handsome or accomplished enough.

I agree with you and think it says a lot about the family. I've met some incredibly handsome guys that are real narcissistic jerks.....you should be with someone who you find attractive(could be different from others) and someone who will respect you and love you.
