OP don’t listen to the naysayers. I’m 5’4” 114 lbs and I went from an A to a DD. It looks more like a C cup on my frame since I have wide-ish shoulders. I’m super happy with them. Dr Cohen just outside Baltimore.

I wouldn’t do it. But if you want a doctor who is highly skilled and will only do something that looks good on you go to Dr Michael Olding. He’s a bit blunt and says it as it is.

Dr. Navin Singh did my breast augmentation surgery about 14 years ago. They look very natural. I went from a barely A to a full C then. I’m about d-dd now because of weight gain.

How do they feel? Did you do saline or silicone?

I'm a post-mastectomy reconstruction patient of Dr. Nahabedian at the National Center for Plastic Surgery in McLean. There are a few surgeons in the practice. Very happy patients - including me - I would recommend a consult there.

Just chiming in to say do what you want, OP. I’m naturally large-chested on a small frame and I hate the commentary of women here. “Ewww but you’ll like look fat, I pass the pencil test!” Pathetic. Do you.
