None. One of my relatives just had hers taken out because they aged her and made her look fat, as a petite woman. The large implants also caused shoulder issues which were painful.

My boobs look like tube socks with golf balls in them. There is not enough tissue left for just a lift.
I’d like to be a normal solid B cup. But don’t want Posh spice boobs.

Any doctor recs?

My suggestion to you would be find a surgeon who specializes in post mastectomy reconstructive surgery. Most of their patients are not going for overdone look.

I’m 5’1 and did mine at 21 in the Midwest. I wanted bigger and he convinced me down to the size I have for various reasons mostly how they’d look and how I would want them to look post-kids. 3 kids later and they’re amazing, don’t need an update. I would kiss him if I saw him, a good surgeon is everything.

As a petite with natural 30E boobs, do not do it. So hard to find tops that fit nicely and don’t make you look old or like you are about to go on OF.

What is the measurement of your ribcage - DDs on a 30” ribcage are very different from DDs on a 36”.

30DDs volume-wise are like 36Bs.
