Best Dr for natural looking breast implants for a petite woman?

I would like to go up to a dd or e cup from a B. I'm thin so have little fat in my chest area. I would guess I need fat transfer and implants for a natural look and feel? Any suggestions for a Dr? I am in Virginia.

As a petite woman with natural E cups - don't do it. It's aging. It's a PITA to get clothes that fit. There is absolutely nothing good about disproportionate breasts.

I have always liked big breasts. Larger implants don't look matronly in some before and after pictures of women who went up from an A or B cup.

At 53, my B's are exactly where they were when I was 17. I can still pass the pencil test, lol. Don't do it! There are no natural looking implants on a slender woman.
