I usually just eat fruit for breakfast the next day if I overindulged the night before. Sometimes even a plain coffee i senough. Skipping a meal now and then doesn't kill you. |
I gained 20 lbs while walking over 10k every single day (plus cycling 60 miles a week), so that didn’t work for me!
I also found it very hard to be good when work was very stressful. Having a good work environment has made a big difference. Not caring too much was also essential. |
Eat more lean protein.
Drink less empty calories. Stop it with the sodas, beer, alcohol, boba teas, smoothies and juices. Eat more vegetables and salad. Fruit, but not too much. Eat out less. Share an appetizer or dessert but don't order both during a meal Exercise daily, even if it is a brisk walk. |
