If you're a child until "26" in DC, should other things follow?

OTOH liberals scream about letting prepubescent 11 year olds have access to sex changing therapies that can have permanent health consequences without the consent of their parents.

You can't have it both ways Democrats. If you're brain isn't fully formed until 26 and you can't make good decisions until 26, then how in the hell does it make bloody sense to allow teenagers to change their sex with medical procedures? Sorry, if teenagers are capable of picking gender affirming care, then that means a 20 year old has the mental capacity to choose or not to choose to do crime. You gotta be consistent with mental capacity now and decision making.

the bolded is actually false

This is 1000% true. Are you not paying attention? Just go follow Libs of TikTok on twitter, it's a Democrat position now to push for and/or stay silent on Children getting sex changes, hormone therapy, transideology. "Children can know they're in the wrong body" would be lyrics in a Democrat National Anthem.

But since in DC, minds and impulses are undeveloped until age 26 and accorded great consideration (see Charles Allen's Youth Reform Act) -

Should we raise the "drinking age" for DC residents to 26?
Raise the voting age?
Should young offenders not be released UNTIL 26?

Why are we according all the privileges to 18 year olds, but none of the responsibilities?

We should definitely raise the voting age.

Only if we raise the age for young men to register for selective service (draft).

I agree that the legal age to be an adult should be consistent across everything. Either high or low but can’t have double standards about it and choose high this and low that.

Your "double standards" is my "context". I think context is better.
