| It's Monique Felder, not Monica! |
| I am pleased to see she has experience and interest in gifted education. |
Yes to this, thank you. |
| I’m not wading into the other issues above but I do wonder about her ability to do this big of a job. Nashville has just over 7K students. Doesn’t MCPS have over 160K? Pretty big jump in size of responsibilities. |

Normally interm get the job. |
If you think a board that touts the fact that it's all-female, with black and brown representation, when it receives criticism about its decisions, as it did here:
SOURCE: https://moco360.media/2023/05/12/opinion-mcps-books-are-open/ If you think that same board was not prioritizing replacing the black woman they were removing with another black woman for the optics, then you're naive and a fool. |
This is so annoying. Thankful that my kid will graduate next year. |
Clearly, this BOE is off the rails.

Doesn’t matter. It’s what voters want. They’ll be voted right back in next time, regardless of how the school system is actually doing. Good or bad, doesn’t matter. As long as they tour the virtues of Equity, Montgomery County residents are happy. |

What is shady about her? |

+1000 I mean, 7k is like supervising 2 high schools in MCPS. We couldn't find anyone better? My hope for MCPS keeps sliding every day as a staff member. |
